2-layers (drawer) belt conveyor is used to achieve fast transport and loading of some like cargos like carton / box.
It is composed of a combination of upper and lower belt conveyors, with the upper belt conveyor realizing the function of conveying goods and the lower belt conveyor realizing the function of transportation and loading goods.
The lower belt conveyor can be pulled out unidirectionally with manual assistance guided by guide rails, and the length of the lower belt conveyor can be determined based on the size of the space inside the car compartment.
With this 2-layer drawer conveyors, it can save too much labor job during cargo transfer and loading at present.
This (drawer) belt conveyor is composed of an upper or lower drive assembly, a tensioning assembly, a conveyor belt, a frame body, a directional assembly, a guiding mechanism, and electrical control cabinet.
Features:
* Machine structure with standardized and modular design, with strong interchangeability, and easily assemble on machine frame;
* With intermediate drive and tensioning, for the better performance of interconnection between conveyors;
* Roller and universal parts are designed with quick change structure, so that it is easy to maintain the roller and bearings;
* With optimized and reasonable structural design on direction and drive assembly, considering the deviation of the tape, which can easily adjust the direction and roller, and can easily tighten the loose belt.
* The equipment has a belt deviation correction structure design, and the belt deviation is automatically corrected and returned to its original position. Fully consider the scheme of belt deviation without tearing the belt from a structural perspective;
* The lower conveyor length can be adjustable as differnt situations.
